Briz is a software platform designed to help users interact with blockchain networks and third-party protocols. Briz is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, or money transmitter, and does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
2. Self-Custody & Your Responsibility
- No custody: Briz does not hold, control, or have access to your private keys, seed phrase, or funds.
- You control the wallet: You are responsible for all activity performed with your wallet and accounts.
- Security: Keep your device(s), credentials, and recovery methods secure. If you lose access, you may lose access to assets permanently.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding agreement and that your use does not violate applicable laws.
4. Third-Party Services & Protocols
The Services may integrate or link to third-party wallets, protocols, decentralized exchanges, networks (including Solana), analytics providers, and other services (“Third-Party Services”). Briz does not control and is not responsible for Third-Party Services. Your use of Third-Party Services is subject to their terms and policies.
5. Fees & Network Costs
Using blockchain networks may require you to pay network fees (e.g., gas or transaction fees). Third-Party Services may also charge fees (e.g., swap fees). Briz may introduce product fees in the future, and if so, they will be disclosed to you before you incur them.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you will not:
- Break the law, violate sanctions rules, or infringe others’ rights
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the Services
- Use the Services for fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive conduct
- Bypass security or access controls
7. No Professional Advice
Information provided through the Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, including any trades, swaps, or transactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Briz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or digital assets arising from or related to your use of the Services or any Third-Party Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Services, users, or comply with law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and reflected by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
